Annick Liot joined Cyril Bijaoui in 2001 to co-found TCRE. Annick having an extensive administrative background is primarily responsible for the financial administration of the company and handles the administrative day to day operations of all entities both owned and/or managed by TCRE. Annick, born in Oran, Algeria in a French colony migrated to the US and began her career in 1984 as an Administrator and Director of Human Resources for a multi-national Air Cargo Handling and Sales firm headquartered at Miami International Airport. She helped grow the company from 5 to 100+ employees with offices worldwide. By implementing tough cost control rules and accountability of all departments, she directly contributed in the company's success that was ultimately sold to a large global public firm. Annick is responsible for the collections and administration of all income produced by the assets managed by TCRE. She is fluent in French and conversant in Spanish.

Ivette Claro possesses the autonomy and leadership skills required to get the job done. Over the past 15 years, Ivette has dedicated herself to providing full charge bookkeeping services for industries in engineering, construction, real estate development, property management, leasing, private mortgage lending and wealth management. Ivette’s interpersonal and communicative skills have resulted in her having the ability to develop strong rapports with clients from all parts of the globe. She has demonstrated the ability to effectively and efficiently implement appropriate problem resolution in critical high pressure situations with a caring, empathic and reliable approach. Ivette acquired an Associates of Arts Degree and a Bachelor’s in Supervision and Management from Miami Dade College.
