NBC/Universal acquired Telemundo in 2002 and is its parent company. NBC/Universal is owned by General Electric. This warehouse is one of many warehouses in this district that is occupied by Telemundo. Telemundo occupies over 90% of warehouse space in a 4-5 block area that they use for either production and/or storage. This warehouse is used for storage of props, wardrobe and equipment. There is no mechanical equipment in the building. The warehouse was renovated less than 2 years ago and brought to code as a build to suit for the Tenant. Tenant pays all property taxes, insurance (including all of landlord' s insurance policies) and maintenance.
