Cyril Bijaoui was The Company Real Estate's founding CEO and built the company into profitability and sustainability through the hardest down cycle of the US real estate market since the great depression. The key to the company's sustainable growth has always been Cyril's ability to focus primarily on the acquisition and sale of properly underwritten and valued income producing real estate. He is very research intensive and performs all due diligence during acquisition of assets and supervises the day to day operations of the Asset Management division until eventual disposition of each asset. The son of a prolific and very hard working business man, Claude Bijaoui, Cyril has a built in discipline to survive and thrive through whatever challenges the market may put in front of him. He obtained his Associate degree in Finance and International Business at New York University, his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance with honors at Arizona State University and, graduating at the top of his class, a Master degree specialized in the Science of Finance at Florida International University. He is married and resides in Coral Gables, Florida. Cyril is a licensed Real Estate Broker, General Contractor and Mortgage Broker.

Annick Liot joined Cyril Bijaoui in 2001 to co-found The Company Real Estate. Annick having an extensive administrative background is primarily responsible for the financial administration of the company and handles the administrative day to day operations of all entities both owned and/or managed by The Company Real Estate. Annick, born in Oran, Algeria in a French colony migrated to the US and began her career in 1984 as an Administrator and Director of Human Resources for a multi-national Air Cargo Handling and Sales firm headquartered at Miami International Airport. She helped grow the company from 5 to 100+ employees with offices worldwide. By implementing tough cost control rules and accountability of all departments, she directly contributed in the company's success that was ultimately sold to a large global public firm. Annick is responsible for the collections and administration of all income produced by the assets managed by The Company Real Estate. She is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson-Associate and is fluent in French and conversant in Spanish.
