Cyril Bijaoui

Cyril Bijaoui was The Company Real Estate's founding CEO and built the company into profitability and sustainability through the hardest down cycle of the US real estate market since the great depression. The key to the company's sustainable growth has always been Cyril's ability to focus primarily on the acquisition and sale of properly underwritten and valued income producing real estate. He is very research intensive and performs all due diligence during acquisition of assets and supervises the day to day operations of the Asset Management division until eventual disposition of each asset. The son of a prolific and very hard working business man, Claude Bijaoui, Cyril has a built in discipline to survive and thrive through whatever challenges the market may put in front of him. He obtained his Associate degree in Finance and International Business at New York University, his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance with honors at Arizona State University and, graduating at the top of his class, a Master degree specialized in the Science of Finance at Florida International University. He is married and resides in Miami, Florida. Cyril is a licensed Real Estate Broker and General Contractor.

Annick Liot

Annick Liot joined Cyril Bijaoui in 2001 to co-found The Company Real Estate. Annick having an extensive administrative background is primarily responsible for the financial administration of the company and handles the administrative day to day operations of all entities both owned and/or managed by The Company Real Estate. Annick, born in Oran, Algeria in a French colony migrated to the US and began her career in 1984 as an Administrator and Director of Human Resources for a multi-national Air Cargo Handling and Sales firm headquartered at Miami International Airport. She helped grow the company from 5 to 100+ employees with offices worldwide. By implementing tough cost control rules and accountability of all departments, she directly contributed in the company's success that was ultimately sold to a large global public firm. Annick is responsible for the collections and administration of all income produced by the assets managed by The Company Real Estate. She is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson-Associate and is fluent in French and conversant in Spanish.

Juan Carlos Ventura

Juan Carlos Ventura is the President and Co-Founder of V-Strategic Group, a Real Estate Development & Consulting company that was founded in 2005. Through its principals, VSG brings over 40 years of experience in design, management, construction, and development of approximately 5,000 units of all range of prices, a Golf Course Community, Hotel, and Residential/Commercial/Office building in real estate in Florida & Puerto Rico.  Mr. Ventura’s approach is founded upon placing his clients’ interests above of his own. Mr. Ventura is recognized for his leadership and skills in developing and managing business opportunities. Past and current experiences have helped him navigate through strong and depressed markets that have allowed him to stay active and build a strong network of local and international relationships that have developed into investments and strategic partnerships opportunities in the US, Latin America and the Caribbean.

Alejandro Gravier

Alejandro Gravier is a Founding and Senior Tax Partner with the HLB International Miami office of HLB Gravier, LLP where he focuses his practice in international business and tax planning; domestic tax and financial planning for business and individuals. Mr. Gravier was formerly a senior accountant with international CPA firm of KPMG Peat Marwick. He represents clients in a range of industries including manufacturing, wholesale distribution, retailing, real estate, and construction.  Mr. Gravier specializes in the following services:  domestic real estate operations in connection with statements of non-recognition; certificates of withholding; portfolio obligations; corporate income tax in connection with mergers and acquisitions; state sales tax; wholesale and manufacturing operations, and foreign taxation particularly in the area of foreign investments and tax treaties; federal estate tax planning; evaluations and valuations for potential and existing businesses, including appropriate economic and industry research, financial projections, and domestic international sale corporation.  Mr. Gravier is a Certified Public Accountant, and a Certified Internal Control Auditor. He is a member of the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants (FICPA), American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), Cuban American Certified Public Accountants Association, Institute for Internal Controls (CICA), Florida International Banking Association (FIBA), and the Cuban American Banker's Association (CABA). Mr. Gravier currently lectures on international accounting and tax topics. Mr. Gravier received his Bachelors in Business Administration, a major in Accounting  and Masters in Taxation from the University of Miami.  He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant.
